About 4 days to 1 week for New/Fresh & Ex S’pore/Ex Aboard maids for all nationality except Filipino maids.  Transfer maids will be faster.  Filipino maids will take about 1 to 2 months due to POEA application.   

$265 for levy.  However, it will be a $60  if employer has any children that is below aged 12 or grandchildren below aged 12 living with them or any parent or grandparent above aged 65 living with them.

Employers will need to pay salary on time, bear all the costs for upkeep and maintenance of the maid.

If you do not want to give them any off days, it is possible too.  You will then need to compensate 1 days salary to the maid.  Best to discuss off days allocation or not before employing the maid. 

You will need to purchase medical and personal insurance, security bond and indemnity bond through an insurance company which can be arrange by your maid agency.

Inform your maid agency, make a police report, cancel her work permit. 

Inform your maid agency.  We will provide counseling to maid or you can get a replacement maid if things don’t work out.
